Ordering Online
- Log onto the website using your username and password.
- Browse the products and simply add any required products to your Shopping Cart.
- Once you have completed your order, simply maximise your Shopping Cart and click on the Checkout button. You will then be required to fill in your customer, delivery and payment details.
- Once you have reviewed your order, click on the Place Order button. Your order will then be charged to your account. Private Practice accounts can pay via credit card or on account whilst all other customers can only pay via their account.
- Once your order has been received you will be sent an instant email from the website, confirming your order.
- Customer Service will then receive your order and will put it into our system. You will then receive another email order confirming your order, along with any items that may be on back order and also the delivery charges.
- Once your order has been packed and dispatched you will receive a final email from the warehouse letting you know that your order has been sent. All orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of receipt of order if the item(s) are in stock.
