Unique Design
Active Hands Hook aids feature a cleverly designed strong stainless steel double hook, providing stability under tension and a pulling force that closely mimics the feel of a real grip during use. The hooks have a thin v-shaped section integrated into their design, along with an elastic loop attached. This innovative elastic loop is positioned around a finger, preventing the hook from flopping down under its own weight when reaching for a bar overhead or when the arms are extended forward.

Silicone Tubes for Extra Grip
The Hook aid includes four optional silicone tubes for added versatility. While the aid can be used without these tubes, they can be beneficial when gripping certain items like rubberized, foam-covered, or padded bars. If desired, the silicone tubes can be added to both of the two-pronged hooks (four in total). These tubes provide padding, enhance grip to prevent metal-to-metal slipping on certain items, and reduce rotation of the gripped object.
